Parking:

Only blue badge car parking is permitted inside the venue. All other spectators are asked to park on Bawtry Rd (park partly on the verge if possible) or on the local streets. Please park mindful of the local residents and do not block driveways. Take care crossing Bawtry Rd.

Please give yourself extra time to park and get into the venue. It is a large venue to walk around so please give yourself time and ask for assistance if it is required.

Catering:

The existing café and temporary catering facilities are available selling hot and cold food and drinks.

Spectating:

For Pitches 1 and 2 there is a temporary grandstand with folding seats available. For pitches 3 and 4 it is standing spectating only. There is also limited standing spectating from the balcony of the clubhouse. All of the seating is outdoors so please bring appropriate clothing. Access to pitch 3 and 4 is over grass.

Viewing of pitch one or two / finals pitches would be best from the balcony on the clubhouse or the tarmac path to the side of the pitches. Viewing of pitch 3 and 4 will be best viewed by the balcony of the clubhouse as access to pitch side is on grass. Volunteers are on hand to assist as required.

Other Tips:

Accessible viewing for pitches 3 and 4 is via the balcony of the clubhouse.

Football is always a sport that attracts a good audience and this will take place at University Sports Park during the day into early evening on the three days of competition.

There will be an Honoured Guest Desk just outside the entrance of the venue and the hosts will be able to direct you to the spectator areas.

Awards ceremonies will take place on Friday at the venue after all competitions are completed.

The football takes place outside, so warm and weather appropriate clothing is advisable, with sun cream required during the day and warmer clothes during the early evening sessions.

Closing ceremonies will take place at the venue between 5pm – 6pm on Friday
